FloresHR provides platforms accessible via web and mobile applications that enables users to manage and facilitate employer and employment-related benefits. Our Service may process personal data and facilitate financial transactions.
This Service is intended for users located within the United States and its territories. The Service may be unavailable, restricted, or blocked from locations outside the United States.
3. User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
- You must provide a valid US postal address, email and phone number. If you are opening an HSA account, a physical address (non PO Box) is required.
- We may verify your location and identity as part of account creation or ongoing compliance

- You must use strong passwords and use two-factor authentication when available

8. Financial Transactions and Payment Terms

- All financial transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment processors
- Transaction fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed before completion
- All fees are stated in United States Dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
Transaction Disputes and Chargebacks
- You agree to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection efforts
- We will investigate transaction disputes in good faith and provide documentation as needed
9. Error Reporting and Resolution

14. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Mecklenberg County, North Carolina, USA in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Service. Use of the Service is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
Dispute Resolution Process
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms of Use (each a “Dispute” and collectively, the “Disputes”) brought by either you or us (individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.
If the Parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute (except those Disputes expressly excluded below) will be finally and exclusively resolved through binding arbitration within the United States.
Exceptions To Informal Negotiations And Arbitration
The Parties agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning informal negotiations and binding arbitration: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of the intellectual property rights of a Party; (b) any Dispute related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief. If this provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then neither Party will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion of this provision found to be illegal or unenforceable and such Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the courts listed for jurisdiction above, and the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.
15. Termination
These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Service.
WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS OF USE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS OF USE OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SITE OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AND ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
