Our goal is to provide a remarkable benefit experience that will leave your clients feeling well served. Clients are assigned account managers at no additional charge. Account managers are supported by a team of customer service representatives to ensure prompt response times to participant inquiries.

We offer a variety of the latest technology tools including our mobile app, IVR and SMS technology, and an intuitive participant web portal to help participants find the answers they need before they even have to make a phone call. When a phone call is necessary, we have customer service agents available to assist. Our team is available by phone at 800-532-3327, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 8:00pm Eastern Time.

We provide a range of benefit administration services including account-based reimbursement plans (FSA, HSA, HRA, Commuter, Life Balanced Lifestyle Spending Accounts, Tuition and Student Loan Repayment Assistance), compliance administration (FMLA, ADA, Disability, Direct Bill, COBRA), and other compliance services (Form 5500, Premium Only Plans, Wrap Documents, HR Compliance Center).

Yes, Flores has the capability to administer other direct billing services as well.

Yes, we offer FMLA, ADA, and Disability billing services. We also handle COBRA and other Direct Bill solutions.

Flores has the capability to customize HRA plans for employers. We are able to support a wide range of plan designs, including HRAs intended to be an incentive vehicle for employer wellness plans or other goal-driven services.

No. Our custodian partner is WealthCare Saver.

Yes, Flores can administer LOA billing for our COBRA clients. This service is not sold on a standalone basis.

Yes, Flores can perform Non-Discrimination Testing for all FSA clients. We also can prepare 5500 filings for an additional fee for existing clients or on a standalone basis. Please contact us to learn more about our compliance services solutions!

A debit card is not currently offered for the Dependent Care FSA. Dependent Care funds are accessible by filing claims for eligible expenses, with reimbursements processed on a daily basis, Monday through Friday. We encourage Dependent Care participants to establish direct deposit to ensure the fastest reimbursement timeframe.

Yes. A 5% debit card prefund is required to fund Health Care FSA accounts prior to the start of each plan year.

Yes, if an employer offers multiple accounts, a participant will receive only one debit card that will be loaded with the balance for each account.

Each employee who participates in a Flores plan that offers the debit card receives one card included at no cost. If needed, the employee can request a second card for a dependent at no additional charge. If an employee requests a 3rd active card and beyond for dependents, those cards are $5.00 each and may be paid from the participant’s reimbursement plan balance.

There is no charge for replacement debit cards based on lost, stolen, or damaged cards.

Yes, eligibility and contribution data can be reported using electronic data integration files. We are able to accept data from any HRIS platform that is capable of sending files in Flores’ standardized format. File testing and approval is required ahead of sending data to Flores by file. We also offer an intuitive administrator portal for employer clients to process changes as needed.
